Georgia Genobaga is a classically trained singer and actor. She was most recently seen playing in the Ensemble in Grease at the California Theater of the Performing Arts. Her previous credits include Liesel in The Sound of Music, Eponine in Les Miserables, Jo March in Little Women, Mary Poppins in Mary Poppins, and Lucy in You’re a Good Man Charlie Brown. Through her education, she worked on scenes as Zoe in Dear Evan Hansen, Medium Allison in Fun Home, Amalia in She Loves Me, Fanny Brice in Funny Girl, Regina George in Mean Girls, and Elphaba in Wicked.

Georgia received her B.A in Music with a vocal emphasis from La Sierra University. She was classically trained in voice with both Christine Janis and Raejin Lee. She trained with two working actors during the pandemic, Mary Kate Morisey and Ginna Claire Mason. Most recently, she received a performing certificate from American Musical Drama Academy in musical theater where she trained with Wilma Weaver.

Georgia is working on her craft by studying song interpretation, dance, acting, and vocal production by using the skills she learned from her previous instructors. While she loves performing, she also loves teaching. When she’s not performing, she is working with young high school students as a vocal coach.

Outside of theater, Georgia loves visiting her family in southern California and spending time with her two brothers and sister. She loves spending time with her French bulldog, Hazel, and her English bulldog, Chloe. She is so excited that Broadway is back and looks forward to using the skills that she has learned to tell many stories through live theater.
